Hey guys, I just heard that Toonami's back!

Much to my shock, the new Toonami includes Casshern Sins.  I must say that I was honestly shocked when I saw it on the list, given how grim and, frankly, weird it is.

Hm... it seems to me some clever and handsome reviewers did a review of Casshern a few months back, with the help of a certain manga blogger guest star... (wink wink)

If you missed it the first time around, it's not too late!  See what all the fuss is about!

AMV of the Week #11

Here's Burk's AMV choice. Enjoy!

Announcement: Paint It Black Month

This June, the Five Point Podcast will review four shows. What do they have in common? By amazing coincidence, the word Black is in all of their titles. Hey, I've heard of flimsier justifications for a theme month.

Enjoy as we cover the well known, the obscure and one bizarre show based on the work of... ROGER CORMAN. There will be...

Crossovers!
Vampires!
Surgeons!
Child Abuse!
And more!
The Schedule:

6/3: Black Blood Brothers (Request from Angel of the Wolf)
6/10: Black Heaven (Request from Angel of the Wolf)
6/17: Black Scorpion (Request from Legendmaker) (Guest star Legendmaker)
6/24: Black Jack (Guest star Yerocha)

Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit Review

This week, special guest star Space Wizard Tom comes on to discuss Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit. In an Asian flavored fantasy world, a spear maiden must protect a young prince marked for death. So was it great, or more the anime equivalent of a video game escort mission? Psht, like we're going to tell you in the description. Watch the video, silly.
