A Friend Wrote a Thing!

Hey guys, Bobcat here.  I'm still busy living the whole "two jobs" thing, but I thought I'd take a moment to shamelessly plug a fantasy short a friend of mine wrote:


Synopsis:

In the southern seas of sand and scrub the Adhmeri flesh peddlers rule with an iron fist. When Vera, a Lagothite mage, frees their slaves she discovers an infant nymph, a divine being thought driven into extinction during the Bone War. Now Vera must carry the babe beyond the reach of the slave baron, evading the thundering pursuit of his men and braving the twisted necromantic horrors of the Bone Gashes to ferry the child to safety.
